At this time we have one employee that has tested positive for Covid-19 and is quarantined at home. We have put in place Covid-19 protocols and will continue to test the residents and employees according to the state regulations. All resident primary contacts or legal representatives have been notified by phone letting them know we have Covid in the facility and were told to check this website for future updates.
We are still allowing for resident visitation and will follow the state guidelines put in place for this visitation. All visitors must wear a mask and screen before entering the facility. Visitation must occur in the resident’s room or in a designated area in the facility. Thank you for your cooperation with our visitation policy and I will keep this site updated with any changes.
